Here is a picture of the sumptuous little chocolate bunny who recently stole the show at La Chatelaine. Last week, we received a call from a reporter at the local newspaper. The reporter had noticed the charming bunny in a series of newspaper advertisements. He was interested in writing an article about the process of making Easter rabbits for the cover of Sunday’s paper. Would we be interested in an interview? Oui,bien sur.

The holiday of Easter, or Pâques, approached and whirled by like a mistral in southern France. Although our customers mostly admired le lapin, we launched some new chocolate figurines – ones that Wlady remembers from his childhood in Paris. We busily prepared hens, fish, and eggs. Judging by the smile on children's and adults’ faces, I think the whimsical chocolates brought good cheer.
