It is now the end of March and snow continues to blanket our mountainous valley. Most of us, although appreciative of the moisture, yearn for warmer days. I have discovered that visualizing helps me endure the lengthy Montana winters. My mental pictures have included orange groves, scented Meyer lemon trees, and sunny sidewalk cafés. More often than not, I visualize the beauty of the Côte d’Azur. In fact, the dazzling Mediterranean is the inspiration behind La Châtelaine’s new box color. I hope this boîte or box can vicariously transport you as it transports me to a sapphire-blue sea far away from our rugged state, even if you're just visualizing.
