Ahem...Ahem... I have some très exciting news to share with you! Recently Travel & Leisure magazine selected our chocolaterie as one of America’s 13th best hot chocolates.
In addition to hard work & determination & great help, I believe that Travel & Leisure’s recognition has given me… well… a little more confidence in my dreams. It’s not always easy to be an INFP personality (a.k.a. “dreamer” - Carl Jung).
But the idea of a cocoa bar started with a simple dream years ago after admiring Jean-Baptiste Charpentier’s La Tasse de Chocolat. I hope to be able to embark on & contribute to this fascinating world of chocolate for many years to come.
